Hi Efrain,
I can try to answer the question for you. First, yes it may take up to 2 yrs. to launch from scratch. However that does not mean E'Prime would not have any cash flow as a result of a contract. I have forgotten the percentage over the yrs. but the way it works is upon the signing of a contract a deposit is handed over to E'Prime and as they get closer to the launch more funding goes to E'Prime until the balance is paid. I believe all payments will take place before launch. If I recall correctly I think an original down payment to be in the neighborhood of 25%. Hope this is what you were looking for.
