You are out of your mind. When the price of oil gets below $11/ B the OPEC countries find the pain more than they can stand. These people have played the big bluff in stating reductions and then overproducing, but in this day and time, when supply and demand is so closely monitored they have found their old tricks no longer work. If they need to this time I think you will see TV reports of closed oil fields for a week if this is whats needed to get oil prices back up. This may sound foolish to you, but this time they mean business.
