"PUMP AND DUMP"

I read through the content of the three press releases that preceeded the rise in stock price. The release on new digital cameras utilizing CF was by no means earthshattering. This is actually old news. The second release on double-density flash memory cards is also not new. This technology was mentioned in the annual report and other literature available from the company months ago. The Phillips announcement was similar to many prior announcements related to new consumer products utilizing CF. Perhaps the rapid release of these tidbits stirred the interest of new investors, but it seems a bit unlikely to have propelled us to $19 & change over the course of less than a week.

I believe that two of the releases (excluding the Phillips release) could have been easily postponed for a few days or weeks. That is where the bad timing and bad judgement factor in. Perhaps they wished to prop up the stock price prior to the release of the bad news? Who knows.

As I posted previously, the company insiders, employees and officers are barred from trades for the several weeks prior to earnings releases. Any trades executed last week would be highly suspect and could trigger an SEC investigation. Perhaps someone would like to spell out the timing of the trade so that we may judge. It is possible that the trade was previously filed with the SEC weeks in advance of the execution. Let us not be too quick to judge.

Dr. Harari and Mr. Malmed routinely sell a block of shares each quarter. This is apparently tied in to their compensation. It would be useful to plot the frequency and volume of their activity recently.

I do not wish to blindly clear management of any wrong doing. If something is suspicious let's try to discuss it here without pointing fingers.
