You beat me to it HP! I, too called Evans and Evans and found out the same thing. I guess we are all overwhelmed after reading this. I want to add a few things. That "Monday morning quarterback" is more like "Friday night kick back." Peter called me on April 15th and was furious with what I put on the internet about shooting himself in the foot again. First USAG then RangeStar. He wanted me to put on the internet to Mr. Ed Gallagher " Show me your Money!" So I called Mr. Gallagher and asked him what happened. He said he wanted two things from Peter, a list of money owed by Binky Roo and WWWC and a list of the shareholders. Peter didn't and wouldn't perform. Peter Michaels cannot go public because of the classaction lawsuit
and no certified audit. No, RangeStar would not perform a kickback to Peter. Believe me there are witnesses to that fact. Also Peter told me and others he would file bankruptcy if we sued. I have been advised he can't file with two FRAUD charges.

I have a message to Peter from Bob Best:

You got my and other people's money, you have lied, slandered good people, and jerked us around for over two years like a puppet . Well, your our puppet now- We want to see you dance. Your history!
