Here's the full text of the Appellate ruling: cadc.uscourts.gov Very positive wording for MSFT. They've defined "integration" in a fairly broad manner that may rule out "ham sandwiches", but doesn't appear to prevent MSFT from bundling anything that makes sense for the consumer. It will be interesting to see if the DOJ tries to spin something positive out of it. Looks like a slam dunk for MSFT to me.
