Ernie, I may indeed be out of my mind. However, the $8.00 forecast is not mine, it is made by the people on the link that I provided. I also find it difficult to see an $8.00/bbl price. However, the point was that oil prices will probably not recover for a couple of years. The problem with production cuts is that some OPEC countries are so cash poor that they do not adhere to the agreed level of production.
