It's one thing trying to guess when news is coming out when you have no information to work with, but when the company or PR firm says news will come out at such and such a time, and it doesn't, then it starts to smell, especially when it happens over and over again. I'm starting to wonder why the company didn't wait until the deals were closed to hire the PR firms.
