Looking at the high prices, I'm thinking somebody in the know sold them as high into the spread as the MM would tolerate. This would be muy bullish short-term. I'm guessing someone wants them to expire worthless. Which would require only propping the stock at or just above these levels.
Someone with deep pockets is calling a bottom here - and looking at price/volume, the bottom might just be engineered for this tidy little put play!
Maybe the NDA application is imminent. But this is as WA as WAGs get.
