well, we all have learned quite a bit over the last 2 months unfortunately. I spoke to a friend whos firm has quite a position in TDFX. An institution would have to be out of their minds to start taking a position in TDFX at this point given the look of the chart and the downgrade from montie. I keep remembering that conversation I had with Laura when the price was 22-23 and she said 'what problem? I dont see a problem with the stock', and 'we warned investors of the risks involved.. go back and read all our filings'
Let me remind everyone here what my friend reminded me today. The management is 100% responsible wether they like it or not. I could give a damn how good next quarter is, I could give a damn how many oem deals are inked, and I dont give a damn what happens next year with v-3. At this point all that matters to me and the institutions that are involved in this company is the price of their stock. Remember, we are not customers we are investors. Thats one reason I like the banshee is because it makes sense from an investors view for once.
What im saying is that after earnings are released its do or die for the management at TDFX. Any big money that is left holding shares will start making their attacks on management. This of course is assuming that there is nothing fundamentally wrong that we have missed or not been told. That falls under the phrase 'class action'.
Im very upset, very exhausted, if you feel that anyone who is upset should sell thats your opinion. This is our company and bitching and moaning DOES get results. The current share price reflects a serious problem and its managements job #1 right now.
all that said- I love the company, up till the last 2 months I have been VERY positive towards the management, and I strongly feel the story is far from over. but to just sit back and keep posting messages saying 'it will be ok! long term! just hang in there', than why not just give mr Ballard my atm card so he can have unrestricted use of my cash?
shareholders of this company are watching their money vanish on a daily basis. You folks better be working around the clock to come up with a course of action or you will all be sitting in the unemployment line VERY soon. Hell, nobody wants us at $17 3/16! its mind blowing. |
