First you're all upset because the previous management got shareholder's expectations too high by basically lying us. Now Grecco is trying to give shareholders a good dose of reality and shake out all those who are trying to "get rich quick" because of false expectations, and now you're all upset at him for doing so. The mark of a good manager is to under-promise and overperform, not vice versa. I personally appload his honesty.
