Nothing personal!
By the way, more than keeping up with the thread (of which this one is extremely polarized, therefore, half of what we read is WRONG), I tend to look at the fundamentals of a company. CCSI has little cash, a product with no buyer, and a lot of missed commitments, not to mention no insider buying and a lot of selling. I consider these red flags. Anyone who doesn't is a fool!
Oh, and I have six wonderful, healthy children, saw each of them get a heel prick, and had one that was borderline jaundiced. Seeing them get the heel prick brought some discomfort, but I would not bypass that heelprick if I felt that the replacement technology offered inferior diagnosis.
I was just reading CCSI's words as they are written in the release and using my command of the English language to properly interpret the company's statement while trying to be remain unbiased. This is what wise investor's do.
Personally, I'm siding with CatLady! There is nothing Darby can do now to save this stock except to start delivering on the promises. Until the deal is documented for all to see and revenues are coming in and verifiable (because right or wrong, the smart money does not believe anything from CCSI anymore), this stock is toast!
Jany, why not cash out now? Mr. Pink has promised a big SPRX announcement soon which will adversely affect CCSI.
