Look I can see it now... Mark makes a clarification then Dan disputes then Mark issues a clarification then Dan disputes. Seems like Dan's point is out and let it happen ... I believe if Dan can get Mark out of the way Dan can lift the stop transfers because Mark is not going to do it. SO let Dan come back and do what he wants to do to clear this mess up. For Dan to have sold stock outside the SEC rules he had to sign a document (which is not public record) as not being an officer. Now with the stop transfers he is protesting the resignation. Oxymoron to me personally Which is it is he an officer which makes the selling os stock illegal or his is not an officer which still makes the issurance and selling of stock illegal. <shaking head> GB <Private investor>
