ETRADE STRIKES again! I just spoke with one of their people to request that he sends me a certificate for shares of ORCL that I bought months ago. I briefly explained that the shares of ORCL in question was the result of a partially filled order; it's too small (100 shares) to be sold by itself so I plan on mailing it to one of my other brokerages where I have additional shares of that security. I further said that the order was partially filled even thought I put in an ALL-OR-NONE order. To make a long story short, he said Etrade is NOT responsible - meaning tough sh%#. This is one of a number of times where Etrade refuse to take responsibility for their incompetence. For many months now I have reduced my trading through Etrade to a minimum. After today, I have concluded that the best thing is to transfer my accounts to elsewhere which I will do as soon as the time is right. Enough is enough.
