Amazing, and not so, turn of events. Whatever the facts are, DF's motives would be to turn the attention from criminal prosecution to a civil litigation, where he can argue that his actions were legitimate. That he waited one week to respond to this situation, to me, completely negates any possible credibility for his position. Mike
