I agree with you. Company management consists of the following: President who has over 40 years experience in the telecommunications field, including Senior VP of Northern Telecom and posts at Bell Canada. The VP is a former operations manager at Bell Canada in North America and Saudi Arabia, also have 40 years experience. The other VP is a former VP of Bell Canada with experience in computers and telecommunications. The company is working on some large contract possibilities in the telecommunications, hospitality, travel, banking fields in the middleware software area. They have developed a software that should derive transactional revenues. Anticipates approx $22 million in sales in 1999 with 40+% profit margins on approx 7,200,000 shares outstanding (translating into EPS of +/- $1.00. ((Most of the shares are restricted). The stock currently trades at $ 2.25. The previous telephone number should read 905-475-0479 for Expediacom.
