These are the first of what I think will be a number of people who have renewed interest in continuing their sexual life. The first step was to ask for V. Now they have committed to doing something; some of them will certainly move to MUSE. We need to contact the V failures and let them know there is another way. That's the job of the Vivus management. I went to a Vivus dinner today (teleconference) which was fairly good (15 urologists) to encourage the use of Vivus. Most important was the fact that most of the urologists there felt that the tidal wave of V was over. It still means that V is the first line of treatment but if MUSE is mentioned at the same time the patients will at least consider it at a later date. All IMO
