Dear Everyone: For the past four days, I have been checking the legality of my services, and have called up the SEC. They stated that they would allow to me to continue my services as long as I intend to obtain a license to do so. So my services will once again resume after the recent temporary delay. I will then have to stop for a one month period from early December to early January during which I will be in the process of obtaining a license to continue my services. By early January, I will be allowed to be fully operational without having any obstacles in the way.
