I have a question for anyone that knows about this topic. If the
company changes its name from CSMA to BUFF, does that require a new
CUSIP #? Would this also recall all certs thereby creating a problem
for anyone illegally shorting stock? This came up on another thread
and perhaps it applies in our situation. Comments?
