I've followed DSSI long enough to know that nothing has to make sense and the only thing that is certain is that DSSI trading probably won't make any sense....

Long-term, if TSEMF increases in value, the worth of DSSI shares obviously goes up (assuming they aren't losing an equal amount of worth in some other "company asset"), but short-term, nothing is guaranteed.
