Securities Fraud

If you think the company has nothing to hide let you explain to you a fact of life that you can share with your securities attorney which he will confirm. Here's how it goes.

1. DGIV announces that they will be making a share buy back.
2. They have given the impression to the public that they think the stock is cheap and they are going to stabilize the price.
3. But the company does not even have the money to execute the buy back, which in itself is Securities Fraud.
4. They make no Safe Harbor disclosures, which in itself is minor.
5. The company does not execute the buy back at all and at the same time is issuing shares and diluting the public without disclosing it, that is big time securities fraud.

Since everybody calls me the naysayer contact your friendly securities attorney or contact your local broker, but then they must be on my payroll to.
