Sounds like the discussion on the PKGP thread. I believe there will be a new CUSIP # after the merger. All short positions of CSMA, to the extent they exist, will have to cover within some time(???days) of the call for certs at the transfer agent. Sorry I can't add more. It appears to be a gray area that brokers and even SEC people can't seem to agree on. TG
