Frankly, I think the party is over. With Visual 6.0 coming
soon and Microsoft's court reprieve, we have one pissed off
giant ready to thrash around a bit. I suspect if Builder or
Delphi start impacting on Microsoft development tools, MSFT
will put the price squeeze on Borland which will hold down
sales.

With Microsoft's edge, the upcoming political turmoil, the
year 2000 risk and Borland's nack for putting major resources
in name changes I think it will be at least 2 years before
we see $15 in this stock.

I also believe well before year end, Mutual fund managers will
start raising cash and getting set for both year end profit
lock in's and protection against up coming Y2K risks in all tech
stocks.

I still love the tools but I am fully out of Borland as an
investment(INPR). I'll get back in the game when it starts the
4.75 - 8.00 trading range. Like Warren Buffet...it's time to start
buying metals and hard commodities (IMHO).
