Dee Jay, "what is mrvc going to do with the 4mil" My bet is they need the money and will use it for working capital. This is a slick move on Naom Laton's part because intel is the only place were they could get the money and it be perceived positively on wall street. If we get an anouncement about bank financing, we would all be asking ourselves what for and why did they buy fibronics when they need cash. At least I would be. Also, this would signify management is thinking for its stockholders. The kicker to the deal is, they get to go public with a financial and technology commitment with the preminent high tech firm. What did it cost, 500,000 warrants. With that said, what does intel get other than a good investment and a pile of warrants. This is what I'm still trying to figure out. Hopefully, mrvc's technology is this valuable to intel, but skeptical. Unfortunately, I can't determine if they do infact need the cash. I have been unable to find a balance sheet anywhere. maybe you or someone else has one and could post it, sure would be appreciated. Bets of luck. Roy
