I wish I had even a fraction of the time I used to have to do analysis and so, I've reduced my postings to keep from voicing unresearched opinion. But for IIXC, I've followed that sector a heck of a lot and I'm pretty sure what you're seeing is a strong reshuffling of money back into the "players to be named later" sector of the telephony biz, ie, potential takeover targets and who have a play on new areas of telecom (ie, are currently losing money). IIXC is one of the strongest companies in the bandwidth sector and it was probably just a matter of time (easy to see that in in hindsight - wish I had rebought an old position on the dip). The bandwidth players (LVLT, QWST, IIXC) are recovering from major dips that are partly spiked by short covering while the major facilities based CLECs (ICGX, ICIX) are also moving toward their old highs from the early spring. Then there's the ISP stocks (PSIX, MSPG, ELNK) that have all gone up 20% plus in the last week. This time it'll be interesting to see if they blow past their 52 week highs and stay up. My money says they will.

Phil
