OK Janybird - I'll try again.
Dr. Maisels admitted he "cannot claim expertise in how "markets" are calculated," and therefore he is not qualified to calculate market share.

That being established by Maisels' OWN statement, his subsequent statement that x number of bilirubin tests are performed annually, or that x number of babies are born annually, is not relevant to CCSI's potential market share. I'll say it again, so you understand: Maisels is not qualified to calculate the potential market. Please don't respond with "Maisels' estimate is x, y, or z." The plain fact is that he is NOT QUALIFIED TO OPINE ON THE ISSUE OF THE MARKET.
Moreover, as you point out, Maisels bases his estimate on "market studies submitted in business proposals by international medical companies negotiating with CCSI for the Colormate(TM) TLc-BiliTest(TM) distribution." There is no way to independently verify this information. Maisels does not base his estimate, which he admits he is unqualified to make, on any independent research. He instead relies on business proposals, which none of us have or ever will be able to review.
If you insist on looking at this with rose-colored glasses, I can't stop you. It's your money. |
