Scott: Actually, I disagree. The decision in the MSFT case was a landmark one for Intel. In this quote from the judges: biz.yahoo.com ''Antitrust scholars have long recognized the undesirability of having courts oversee product design, and any dampening of technological innovation would be at cross-purposes with antitrust law.' This one decision strengthens Intel's case immensely. dave
