Re: your request- write to me off thread.
Greg, yep. Greed?, over your integrity and honor to fiduciary duties? Its a helluva world that some people live in.
Put me in Tom Child's camp. Honor, integrity, rolled up with world class professionalism. Win or lose, I like who I am associating with in this tough battle.
We have an excellent report on the details of the latest hearing available to those supporting the shareholder committee. All of you are welcome to join with us, contact Val or Tom.
The system is moving along. I can say from my vantage, that we shareholders are getting some recognition for our position now. Thanks to our agressive leaders. It is with regret that I must say the system has been hard to get a voice into for our point of view. "Our official co attorney" speaks- but not for our interests. That's a sad commentary. After more than 10 years of constant support to the co for some, you'd think we would not have to plead for a chair and an official place at the table!
Finally, and I speak now only for myself as a shareholder and in no other capacity-
with the exception of 2 of our Board members, I find the behavior of the rest to be despicable. I have nothing but contempt of these people. While there is time, I for one suggest that they show some backbone and do their duty before it is too late - for all concerned. IMS has a definite future in the industry. You Board members KNOW this, we know it. Honor your fiduciary duties under the law, many eyes are on you. Don't for a minute think elsewise.
