Ken: I'm not sure what you mean by: "I ran the scan called 'ProcessMSVMS' and I now have that in a profile."

ProcessMS is coding to output any scan to a virtual subdirectory. You add a line like this to any scan to output it:

ProcessMS = "d:\meta\holygrail\",VMS;

In this case, the name of the scan is holygrail.

Did you output the new list from the scan with similar coding?

If not, add this line to your scan, sustituting the name of your scan, the drive and the directory:

output = "holygrail.lst";
ProcessMS = "d:\meta\holygrail\",VMS;
