If you know your bible, you know the covenant came to an end with the Hebrews and Israel when the christ appeared. After that they were no longer god's chosen people, all people were who followed the word of the son of god.
This is what your scripture says, you must not know it very well. I do, intimately, that's why I can see all the errors and faults in its tapestry.
Plus, Israel was gone for centuries, then resurrected by a very bad compact forced upon the region after WWII by the fledgling United Nations.
If America decided to evacuate all the populace there and turn it into a giant staging area for our aircraft, I don't think god, or anyone else would stop us.
