Thomas Have you ever sold a what you thought was a piece of glass and later found out that it was a diamond? How many times has a property owner sold oil and mineral rights for a pittance of their subsequent worth? MadriDigm is very little different -- they needed money - had something someone wanted to buy and sold it at what they concluded, at the time of sale, to be a fair price. Hind sight is always 20/20. Some times good and sometimes otherwise. Matridigim will not go broke no matter how small the gain from sale to Zitel. Zitel stands to gain a bunch. That is the company we own and hope to make a profit. Time will tell Good Luck.
