I understand the hearing to take the comany into receivership and out of control of PETER MICHAELS (forever!!!!) is to be July 12... It may be moved up. Used OUR money to buy his family another $8000/month house. Used OUR money to buy himself luxury automobiles Used OUR money to buy his family luxury automobiles Used OUR money to allegedly buy DRUGS. Used OUR money to pay his personal gambling debts Used OUR money to fly first class everywhere Used OUR money to fly his girlfriend first class to and from Nevada Used OUR money to pay salaries to his family and girlfriends of family for whom no services were rendered. Used OUR money to sponsor unrelated boxing promotions Used OUR money to pay 30% commissions to broker-dealers even though the prospectus said 10% Used OUR money to commingle with any number of other unrelated businesses Used OUR money to live extravagently in every sense of the word. A lot of good people gave significant portions of OUR savings to you PETER MICHAELS. You negligently and fraudulently squandered OUR money on your lavish lifestyle. Well, PETER MICHAELS, now its PAYBACK TIME. We will not make threats of violence like you have done to some shareholders. We will exhaustively use every legal means of seeing you are brought to JUSTICE. We will see to it that you never impart this kind of pain and suffering on another group of people in another scam. We will be watching you PETER MICHAELS. Nobody gives a DAMN about your stupid "vision" anymore. None of us are buying your BS all hype and no substance shareholder letters any more. You've been promising the same things for years. You are clearly INCAPABLE of delivering. You have LIED, CHEATED, and STOLEN. You have no friends among us anymore.
