To Tony,
Sorry for the strange response to your question. I saw your post in another file and remarked on a different stock. As for Venga, I don't know where to start. A friend recommended this company to me about four years ago. I then got to know the President of Venga, Jay Lumiere, I believe that is the correct spelling, and another man named Dick Blackington in San Diego, also with Venga. I purchased stock through a broker in the conventional way and watched in go down soon there after. Mr Lumiere assured me all was well and proceeded to offer shares direct from the company for about a 30% discount, Checks were to be made out to him personally and the stock ended up in my account. Well several friends of mine thought this was great and did the same. We are all grown adults. You would think we would know better. I know I'm not answering your question well, but I'm sure you can see trouble was brewing. To get a detailed history, the email is Vengaaero@aol.com. They, at one time, had the phone # listed and I spoke to Mike Crosby the new President, but it seems they have now omitted that information. As to all the peticulars, I am not the best person to try and explain what went wrong. I do know they seem to have gotten on track and are headed in the right direction. I am not personally planning on trusting any more capital in Venga. Been there, done that. This is one for me to put on the shelf. I hope you get a good response from them and get your answers.

Good luck-Flier

P.S. The stock I thought you were asking about is E-Prime aerospace. That is EPEA OTC. It is currently trading at 0.025. Check it out here on SI. This one, in my opinion, can easily go to several dollars when the U.S. Government gives them compliance with the START treaty.
