Oh yeah, one thing that I found out today was that the shares held by the officers and board members of DGIV are 144 restricted shares and even though some of those shares are eligible to be sold, none have been. (You do not have to be a reporting company to have 144 restricted shares -- they are what they are -- however, you do have to file a 144 to sell them -- and they haven't.)

Silver, off to get some shut-eye.
