So what is the up to date float and outstanding numbers? I think better still watch it how many shares ADOT issues since you do not want to dilute your shares of Biomoda. In other words you want to make sure that the money they raise to buy more Biomoda in cheap ADOT shares is worth more then(percentage wise) then the regular option exercised price of Biomoda. John
