SAF, there seemed to be no reluctance on the part of some large shareholders to dump as many shares as they could into the market during those few days of heavy volume.

Obviously as Zeev and others pointed out there is plenty of stock available out there so why should investors reach for the stock. Once the overhang has been taken care of and IELSF begins showing some numbers and/or new contracts, the stock should do fine.
