I didn't take your response to be short, I hope mine didn't give that impression. Discussion among adults can take place with out the "taking of offense," by individuals. We certanly qualify.<ggg>

I tried turning off QV before updating my MS files and it did not help. I appears that QP1 UPDATED whereas QP2 REWRITES.

Gary will have to answer this one but I don't think it rewrites. I find my data updates very rapidly when the download process is complete. That suggests that it is an update not a rewrite as scans do. It is much faster than scans and I have some very fast scans.
