In my dealings with Summit they could noy provide me with certain basic information on the company. This included number of actual outstanding shrares, value of certain assets and specific company history. I found out most of my information through my own digging. A PR firm should be a source of information and should have access to management. I believe Summit was more interested in some of their other clients and did not have a good working relationship with Morgan. By the way they hired a new PR firm this week. Afirm called Founders out of Palm Springs.
