I don't agree about business in Europe being "okay". I think that manufacturing in Europe is awful. Costs are high; wages, taxes, etc. And the Asia crisis is taking a toll much more in Europe than here. There may be good reasons for DIIG to partner up with H\P if that is who it is, with a buy back arrangement like they have in Texas with IBM but just to be in Europe ... I'd rather have two plants in Asia myself.
