Victoria, seems pretty stupid,but then AT&T is the dumbest telephone company in the world.you never know. A failed telephone giant,buying a failing former cable giant=a failing,failing giant,giant.
What next,the Titanic being brought to the surface by Carnival Cruise lines?
And the price is outrageous,to think a year ago AT&T could have gotten it for 1/5th the price. And the debt level of TCI is huge,and overpaying for a company in severe debt is suicide. This might be the albatross that sinks the telephone company forever.
