I am supportive of the notion. I think that we need more information as to any civil and criminal proceedings and possible rev mergers before we do so. The problem is, let's say we schedule a shareholders meeting 45 days out. It is a very real possibility that investigations are still underway by FBI et al. I can guarantee you they will not comment on on-going investigations.

So if we have ameeting and not enough is known, the meeting will not be productive. jmo
