David: The sell had nothing to do with the basic fundamentals of NVX. But why now is anybodies guess and I wouldn't be to concerned about it. For all I know it was brought on by a devorce settlement. Afterall we don't know if the seller was an individual or an institution or a fund Just maybe the seller put it up as collateral on a loan on a nice marina in the Bahamas and it was the marina or the stock. In that case he perhaps made the right call. :-} As you see one can go wide on the question. I think the odds are that it was held by an individual who acquired the shares at the offering price if not before the Company even came public. I understand it was a LONG time holder who sold and a LONG time holder who bought. Could be an institution was not involved on either side.
