what is your take on Japan suggesting that they might raise interest rates..couldn't believe that last time they raised consumer taxes to stimulate(?) the economy.. they are beginning to remind me of one oppositional kid who doesn't know what he wants to do but just defining himself by going against what authority wants.. but then again..I might be missing something(understatement)
