An Open Letter to DGIV Management Those of us here since March have some insights as far as the drop in stock price. These are the reasons, IMHO: 1. The expectation of a NASDAQ listing, or at least a filing, within 30 days of the price going over $4, which should have happened in early May but did not. 2. The expectation, in lieu of (1) of a merger or acquisition to move onto NASDAQ quickly, as hinted in the first newsletter, which did not happen (yet). 3. The expectation of a Form 10 to begin the NASDAQ small cap process, expected two weeks ago, which did not happen. 4. A sleazy attack in "stockdetective," which was shoddy and laughable, but which eroded investor confidence 5. Shorting 6. MM games, walking down the price on small sales, not letting it go up on large buys. 7. MMs bringing the price down even with buys connected with news announcements such as the German deal
You have addressed some of these issues through newsletters.
We now have an attack right at the heart of your operation, accusing you of being a scam. These are very serious charges, and coming at this time of reduced investor confidence, it is my opinion that the company needs to respond in some fashion. We are only individual investors, and lack the resources or knowledge to reply item by itme, nor is it our duty to do so.
I am hoping that DGIV will do the right thing for its investors and for the company. |
