Regarding the insider trades by Penny and Muir

I just received an email from Tony Canzi
that Penny and Muir participated in a couple
of private placements of PTHR stock.
The "J - other" signifys their participation in a
private placement.

I would think that this is good news but the price
keeps deteriorating. At least Penny and Muir are
investing in the company vs. selling their stock
into the market.
