The Investment Reporter is a newsletter in Canada with a rather significant readership. It is also well respected. I just received the latest issue. The following recommendations was made in it: "We recommend that you hold your shares, unless your portfolio is heavily weighted with Ballard stock. If so, you should reduce your holdings." Could have an affect over the next few days???
