Lets assume the following theory: The MM's (and most of all GSCO) know that the take over rumors are more than just a rumor. So they want as many shares as possible NOW. When the take over is a fact, thay can nicely collect the extra value you get when PAIR get bought for example for anywhere between $28 ....$35 (the number is wishfull thinking, but the theory not). HK
