Arcane, It is wonderful to cut and paste and give your opinion, but what I ask you is what is your credentials or background in rightly disseminating security regulations. After a few phone calls to the SEC it appears that true there are regulations but each case takes on an investigation of its own through the different departments and the violation it is suspected of. We just seem to have too many opinions about RMIL and unless you have an inside ear to the SEC, all of this would be at the very least speculation, because RMIL is not talking..... Awaiting your credentials, and this really is not too much to ask since you chose to involve yourself in my investment. dj
