Craig: The answer is absolutely not! Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner, but I've been sailing and just returned. I see nothing much has changed. Let me assure you, if I DID work for FSCX I wouldn't be in this %#%@(!?%^&$()#$ fix now. I'm long and can tell you hurting, every month when my statement comes in. I've had good industry sources in the past, but no one could have been able to predict that this Jury Trial would have gone Davidson's way. And I also don't see where the $1 mil award would have been expected. So where does that leave us currently? They just announced another member of the Sales Team. If you can believe that any one would join a sinking ship. Either Madsen is a master salesman himself, or everything may be getting close to a turning point. And they continue to try to negotiate with Davidson. Who's vedetta against FSCX and Madsen seems to defy logic considering the settlement proposals he's gotten. Bottom line is that I really don't have a feel for which way this will fall. I've considered trying to buy above $.50 share because my orders still haven't been executed for the additional shares I've been trying to purchase the past two weeks. But I'm trying to decide if this is God's way of saving me any more money by not letting me in. <GGG> At any rate, sorry for the delay in posting. For those that were here last year at this time, I was sailing then also and this same question came up when I didn't post for ten days. Maybe I should take my laptop and get a satellite connection.
