BUY! A classic case of "buy" a very depressed stock. How many high tech companies with this much technology sell near book value? Regardless, the real reason this company is a steal is because their Ungermann-Bass networking division, which Tandem will someday spin off, is worth more than the TOTAL just by itself -- do your homework, look at the numbers.
