open test's "analyst's day" is today. the market should soon have a better understanding of the IDI acquisition. i've heard that the purchase price on IDI was $8 million - not the $10 million that everyone speculated. also, before any cross selling to each other's customers, IDI is expected to contribute $3 million in year two. someone appears to be selling.... it could be a good time to buy. there could be a short term play, as well as the longer term "investment".
